Movement & Rest Experiences


These unique experiences combine the therapeutic benefits of a salt lounge and halotherapy with the calming practice of yoga.
Designed as a restorative class for all levels, you'll spend most of the time settled on your mat, focusing on deep relaxation and gentle movement.
The practices will primarily draw from Hatha (classic postures) and Yin (long, passive holds) styles to help calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore your body.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come ready to breathe and heal.
The Soften — Salt Yoga Experience


Rather than a traditional yoga class, this is an intentionally unhurried, breath-led experience focused on softening, stretching, and listening to the body. Movements are simple, accessible, and optional, allowing you to move in a way that feels supportive rather than performative.
As you move, you’ll breathe in mineral-rich salt air, which may help support respiratory wellness while the gentle movement supports mobility, circulation, and muscle release.
No prior yoga experience is required.
No pressure to “do it right.”
No expectation to keep up.
This experience is for those who want to move less, feel more, and leave clearer, lighter and more relaxed than they arrived.

The Soften is a slow, gentle movement experience inside the salt room designed to ease tension, create space in the body, and invite the nervous system into a state of calm
The Drift — Salt Yoga Nidra Experience


Rather than a traditional yoga class, this is a slow, minimal-movement experience designed to help the body settle, soften, and prepare for profound rest. You’ll be guided into comfortable, fully supported positions using props, allowing muscles to relax and tension to melt away. From there, you’ll be guided into a Yoga Nidra practice that invites the nervous system into a deeply relaxed state between waking and sleeping.
Throughout the experience, you’ll breathe in pharmaceutical-grade, mineral-rich salt known for its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, which may help support respiratory wellness, promote clearer skin, support immune health, and reduce inflammation. The combination of restorative postures, guided rest, and salt therapy encourages deep nervous system regulation, improved sleep, stress relief, and mental clarity.
There is no performance.
No pressure.
Nothing to achieve.
This experience is ideal for those experiencing stress, burnout, difficulty sleeping, mental fatigue, or anyone craving deep, whole-body restoration.

The Drift is a deeply restorative experience inside the salt room that begins with gentle, supported restorative yoga and transitions into guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
