FAQs

Salt Therapy
What is salt therapy? Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, involves relaxing in a room infused with dry salt aerosol generated by a halogenerator. Guests breathe normally while resting in a calm, comfortable environment.
What does salt therapy support? Many guests use salt therapy to support respiratory comfort, skin wellness, and relaxation. It is a complementary wellness experience and not a medical treatment.
How often should I do salt therapy? Frequency depends on your personal goals. Some guests visit occasionally for relaxation, while others incorporate salt therapy regularly as part of a wellness routine.
Is salt therapy safe? Salt therapy is generally considered low-risk for most healthy individuals. If you have specific medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy
What is a full spectrum infrared sauna? Full spectrum infrared saunas use near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths to warm the body directly rather than heating the surrounding air.
How is infrared different from a traditional sauna? Infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures and use light-based heat, creating a more comfortable experience for many guests compared to traditional steam or dry saunas.
Is red light therapy included? Yes. Red light therapy and chromotherapy are included in every infrared sauna session at no additional cost.
How long should I stay in the sauna? Most guests spend 20–30 minutes inside the sauna, though sessions are scheduled for 40 minutes total to allow time for hydration.
Can I combine salt therapy and sauna? Yes. Many guests choose to book both services, either separately or through combo back-to-back options.
For full session details, visit our Infrared Sauna page.
Memberships & Booking
What is the difference between a pass and a membership? A pass includes a set number of prepaid sessions. A membership provides recurring monthly or yearly access designed for consistent visits.
Can I share my pass? Yes. Passes may be shared when the pass holder attends the session.
Can I share my membership? No. Unlimited memberships are for named member(s) only. Couples memberships apply to two designated individuals.
Do memberships auto-renew? Yes. Monthly memberships auto-renew after the initial 2-month commitment. Yearly memberships are valid for one year
How does priority booking work? Members receive early access to booking and priority availability compared to non-members.
For full membership and billing details, visit our Membership & Pass Terms page.
